Refund and Returns Policy

Your Satisfaction Comes First

At Applisyn, we want every purchase to be a positive experience. If your product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a fair and straightforward return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving them, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and documentation are intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

Certain products — such as hygiene-sensitive items, clearance sales, or personalized goods — are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Email help@applisyn.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide a return authorization with instructions.
  3. Carefully repackage the item and ship it back using the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If a product was sent incorrectly or damaged on arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned in used or damaged condition, or without original packaging, will not qualify for a refund.
